Fluffy Strawberry Pancakes with Hershey’s Strawberry Syrup

It's Pancake Day, the perfect time to whip up a stack of delicious pancakes! Whether you’re flipping for fun or treating yourself to something sweet, these Fluffy Strawberry Pancakes drizzled with Hershey’s Strawberry Syrup are a must-try. Light, airy and packed with strawberry goodness, they’re the ultimate indulgence for this special day of the year.

Ingredients:

For the pancakes:

  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 30g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)

Method:

  1. Make the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then add the milk, vanilla extract and melted butter. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until smooth.
  2. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil. Pour small ladlefuls of batter into the pan, cooking for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Assemble & Serve: Stack the pancakes on a plate, drizzle generously with Hershey’s Strawberry Syrup, and top with fresh strawberries. Add whipped cream if desired, and finish with a light dusting of icing sugar.
