Japanese Rice Bowl with Yutaka Shibazuke – Mixed Vegetable Pickles

  • 200g cooked Japanese rice (or sushi rice)
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 boiled egg, halved

  • 1 sheet nori, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Method:
