Korean BBQ Chicken Wraps with Ajumma Republic Korean BBQ Sauce

Riding the wave of the Korean food craze sweeping across the UK? These Korean BBQ Chicken Wraps are the perfect way to bring that bold, street-food energy into your kitchen! Made with Ajumma Republic Korean BBQ Sauce 300G, this recipe is sweet, smoky and seriously flavourful. Easy to make and even easier to love—perfect for lunch, dinner or a fun family meal night.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Ajumma Republic Korean BBQ Sauce 300G 
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce 
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil 
  • 4 soft tortilla wraps
  • ½ cucumber, cut into thin strips
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 1 handful lettuce or mixed salad leaves
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Method:

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken slices with Ajumma Republic Korean BBQ Sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and a little caramelised.
  3. Warm the Wraps: Heat the tortilla wraps in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side or in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Place some lettuce on each wrap, then add the chicken, cucumber, carrot and spring onion.
  5. Finish & Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using), wrap it up, and enjoy warm!
